Maxime Julian is a Partner as well as head of L.E.K. Consulting’s Paris office. He is also a member of L.E.K.'s European Regional Management Committee and serves on the firm’s Global Talent Committee. 

Maxime is a member of our Industrials practice with a particular focus on building & construction where he advises clients identify and realize high-potential growth opportunities.

In addition, he is a member of our digital team and helps clients in their digital transformation and tech investments.
