(relaxing music) - Clients are really coming to us for clarity and confidence to act boldly with respect to digital. That could be really helping them understand the art of the possible, and how new advances in technology, new access to data, could improve their operations. Understanding how their operation may need to make bold moves and changes with relations to its people and the way that they work to capture the full value of digital. However, I think there's a difference between taking a build it and they will come mindset and building really fit for purpose solutions that will not only create alternative paths for customers to interact with the business, but create new experiences that will attract new customers and new revenue streams.
And so one of the many ways that we're helping clients move beyond the investments that they've made during the pandemic and capture new value is really helping them come to appreciation, a much deeper appreciation, of client needs, pain points, and wants as it relates to digital, and helping them really tailor those solutions that they've developed and find new ways of capturing those incremental customers and upside revenues such that they're growing beyond the core. We believe that there are three key elements to driving success for our clients with respect to digital. First and foremost, we believe that digital is deeply embedded with strategy, and that everything digital needs to be led by strategy.
So that's where we really lean on our heritage as a strategy firm. We recognize that digital can't be one-size-fit-all solution. So what we do in every instance is bring our deep functional digital expertise, but married very closely with LEK's deep sector expertise. Second, we recognize that we really need to meet our clients where they are.
We have some clients who are much earlier on in their digital journeys, and in those instances, we might be helping clients develop the big picture roadmap, help them think about how they will invest in digital to win over the next 3, 4, 5 years. And then lastly, we think that digital is something that needs to be done with a client. This is a muscle that our clients need to build for themselves. And so we see ourselves as co-collaborators on this journey, where we're rolling up our sleeves and working shoulder to shoulder with our clients in digital.
I love digital because it's the unique blend of the deep analytical and the strategic, which is at the core of what LEK has done for 40 years, with a creative flair and a look to the future. And I think when you bring those things together is when magic happens. (relaxing music)
