Geoff Parkin
Geoff Parkin is a Partner Emeritus in L.E.K.’s London office. He is a consumer markets expert and has broad experience assisting UK and international corporate and private equity clients with mission critical strategic issues, commercial performance improvement plans and due diligence assignments. He has been with the firm for almost 20 years, and previously worked in commercial line management roles for British Airways and American Express, based in London, Copenhagen and Amsterdam.
Geoff graduated with a Bachelor of Science degree in Management Sciences from U.M.I.S.T. and studied Corporate Finance at London Business School.

Monish Rajpal
Monish Rajpal is a Managing Director and Partner in L.E.K. Consulting’s New York office, having joined the firm in 2008. Monish leads the global MedTech practice, as well as co-founded and co-leads efforts in the Physician Practice/Outpatient clinic space.
Monish leads engagement with C-suite and senior executives, and investors, and regularly provides/contributes to thought leadership across the healthcare space, across growth strategy, commercialization, M&A and organizational optimization.
Prior to joining L.E.K. Consulting, Monish worked in new product development and commercialization at Medtronic. He has an MBA from University of Chicago Booth School of Business, a Master’s degree in Computer Science from Johns Hopkins University (with focus on Surgical robotics and navigation), and a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering from the University of Pune (India).

David Ferrarin
David Ferrarin is a Partner and Head of L.E.K. Consulting’s Sydney office. He leads Australia’s Media, Entertainment and Technology practice, while also consulting widely across many other sectors over his 20-year career. David has a reputation for delivering successful, complex, multistakeholder engagements in both the private and public sectors. He has advised clients on a variety of commercial issues including digital strategy and transformation, corporate and business unit growth strategy, merger and acquisitions, advanced analytics and data strategy, sports media rights, organizational strategy and transformation. David received a Bachelor of Commerce degree from the University of New South Wales and an honors degree in Marketing.
