- Using your expertise to contextualize key client issues as well as to define hypotheses and analytical approaches
- Conducting primary and secondary research on clients’ markets, customers and competitors
- Developing rigorous analyses to drive business insights and actionable recommendations; examples include statistical models of market growth, discounted cash flow valuation models for companies or products, tests of customer sensitivity to product attributes using adaptive conjoint analysis, and probability distributions of acquisition value
- Translating analytical output into thoughtful conclusions and recommendations, and collaborating with team members to communicate those conclusions and recommendations to clients
