Survey results: Week of April 21-28, 2020
Edition 5 of L.E.K. Consulting’s survey continues to track key areas of concern and actions U.S. hospitals are taking in response to the impact caused by COVID-19. This week’s survey includes new questions surrounding elective/semi-elective procedures, strategic and operational actions that hospitals expect to take, and changes hospitals would like manufacturers to make post-COVID-19. We plan to administer the survey every one to two weeks, with each edition of the survey offering a glimpse into hospital sentiment over time.

We plan to poll hospital stakeholders again next week in order to provide an updated perspective on healthcare providers’ sentiment and the impact of COVID-19 on hospital operations.
