(happy contemporary music) - Well, AI, we have had a lot of hype. It's actually nothing new within the industry. AI's been around for decades. It's just that with generative AI, now it's a whole new conversation and a whole new light is shined on it.
Successful companies bridge the imagination gap. They really think about, what is the potential and the potential future of an organization or a market when AI is applied to it? Those that can't bridge the imagination gap don't see the potential and won't make the bets that are necessary to win. In terms of threats, there's obviously threats of new business opportunities coming in and removing a go-to market channel, or creating more efficiencies than you might have and eating away at your margin.
We'd say, where is there the biggest value that can be derived from an organization on making better decisions with the data that we have or creating new and innovative experiences for customers or employees? LEK takes a much more broad look, so when we start to answer questions around AI, we start at the market. Where is there market disruption potential? Where can an organization disrupt their own market with AI?
But then we also take a very deep look inward toward the operations of an organization. We take an analytical approach toward understanding, where is there the most cost and the most benefit for an organization, and making decisions more efficiently and more effectively. LEK's heritage really started with an analytical approach towards business strategy, and that has been pervasive in our entire 40 years as an organization. AI is just another application where we're bringing that analytical rigor and approach toward helping our clients solve their biggest problems in the moments that matter.
