L.E.K. Consulting recently conducted its inaugural APAC Hospital Priorities Survey in collaboration with APACMed, interviewing approximately 400 hospital executives from across the Asia-Pacific (APAC) region. We launched our survey to garner a deeper understanding of hospitals’ priorities in an evolving APAC healthcare landscape, and to offer a look at macroeconomic trends that can provide context for the industry’s business development efforts.
