Cristóbal Colón is a Partner in L.E.K. Consulting’s Madrid office and a member of the Industrial and consumer practices. Cristóbal has extensive experience in corporate development and strategy across a wide range of industries and sectors, with a focus on diversification, corporate strategy, and top-line growth. He has expertise in growth strategy, innovation and new businesses models, performance improvement, commercial excellence, and marketing & sales projects. Within the Consumer sector, he has deep expertise in digital transformation, go-to-market and pricing projects, while in Industrials his experience is more related to corporate strategy, corporate development, and digital transformation.

Prior to joining L.E.K., Cristóbal worked as a Partner in Roland Berger, a German-based strategy consultancy leading the industrial and consumer sector, Arthur D. Little, Europraxis - Indra, and Daemon Quest - Deloitte. Cristóbal holds an MBA from IESE and a Bachelor of Computer Science Engineering at UEM Madrid.
