Anip Sharma is a Partner in L.E.K. Consulting's Singapore office and a leader of L.E.K.'s Education practice. He has a track record advising clients on market potential, growth and market-entry strategies, investment decisions and pricing strategies across all education segments, including K-12, higher education, transnational education, early years, English language training, tutoring and education technology.
Anip was formerly a Senior Vice President at the Education Centre of Excellence at EY- Parthenon. He holds a Bachelor of Technology from the Indian Institute of Technology and a Master of Business Administration from the Indian School of Business.

Sudeep Laad
Sudeep Laad is a Partner at L.E.K. Consulting and a member of the firm’s Global Education practice. He has particular expertise serving a wide range of clients on strategic decisions, investment opportunities and value creation. Sudeep brings in-depth experience in education segments covering K-12, tertiary education, transnational education, afterschool supplementary education, language learning and education technology.
Prior to joining L.E.K., Sudeep was a Senior Vice President of the Education Centre of Excellence at EY-Parthenon. He holds a Bachelor of Technology from the Indian Institute of Technology, Bombay and an MBA from the Indian School of Business.
