Munich, April 5th, 2023 — Florian Kaiser joined the Munich office of L.E.K. Consulting as Partner and Managing Director at the beginning of April 2023. With his appointment, the company strengthens its Industrials practice in the DACH region and expands its team of experts in Europe. Florian has 20 years of experience in strategy consulting, with a particular focus in building products & materials, as well as in-depth experience in the electrical, renewables and chemicals segments.
The appointment of Florian Kaiser continues the successful development of L.E.K. in the Building & Construction market across Europe. His main areas of advice include strategy, organization & performance and marketing & sales among others.
Previously, Florian Kaiser was a partner in charge of the Building & Construction segment at Dr. Wieselhuber & Partner in Munich, where he worked as a strategy consultant for over 15 years. He holds a graduate degree in Industrial Engineering/Mechanical Engineering from the Technical University Darmstadt and a M.Sc. in Industrial Engineering from Linköping University of Technology, Sweden.
