Philip Roux is a Partner in L.E.K. Consulting’s London office and is a member of the global Organization & Performance (O&P) practice. His primary focus is on delivering large, complex change programs, including strategy implementation, performance improvement, organizational redesign and post-merger integration.

Philip works with a diverse range of clients across the Industrials, Life Sciences, Technology and Media & Entertainment sectors, delivering high-impact projects addressing issues such as process optimization, decision rights and cross-functional collaboration; change management and program activation; functional performance evaluation; and growth strategy development and implementation.

Prior to joining L.E.K. in 2006, Philip received a B.A. in Business Economics and Biology from Brown University.
