Emile Santos is a Managing Director based in L.E.K. Consulting’s New York office. He has significant experience leading teams serving many of the firm’s consumer products, health and wellness, retail and automotive clients. His expertise includes consumer-led growth strategy, consumer insights and segmentation, brand positioning, customer experience and loyalty, new product development and financial forecasting.
Emile joined L.E.K. in 2006 and has worked in the firm’s London and Sydney offices, in addition to New York. He holds an MBA from the Tuck School of Business at Dartmouth and a BA in economics and operations research from Columbia University.
