Nick Holder is a Partner Emeritus. He previously served as Head of L.E.K.’s Asia-Pacific region.

Over his many years as a partner and leader within the Australian business community, Nick has had the opportunity to act as a strategic advisor to leading companies in sectors as diverse as media, infrastructure, building products and retail. He also led the early development of L.E.K.’s market-leading Private Equity advisory practice and has substantial experience in advising in M&A situations. Nick has worked with a wide variety of government-owned enterprises and is experienced in working at the intersection of commercial strategy development and public policy.

Increasingly, Nick works with senior executive teams and boards of directors on issues of Disruption, Innovation, Enterprise Transformation and Organizational Alignment, where he is valued for his ability to bring cross-sector insights to bear. He is a sought-after facilitator of senior strategic dialogue.

Nick received a Bachelor of Engineering from The University of Melbourne, where he graduated with honors, and a Master of Arts in economics from the University of Cambridge.
