Geoff McQueen is a Managing Director and Partner in L.E.K. Consulting’s Los Angeles office. Geoff’s expertise spans the Technology, Media, and Telecom (TMT) sector, where his areas of focus are sports & live entertainment, direct-to-consumer digital services, and the creator economy, and the Consumer sector, where he leads L.E.K.’s work in the fitness, recovery, and wellness space.
Geoff advises corporate and private equity clients on a range of issues, including strategic planning, revenue optimization, customer segmentation and engagement, go-to-market strategy, and mergers & acquisition.
Prior to joining L.E.K., Geoff spent five years with the Tampa Bay Rays in a Corporate Partnerships and Strategy role. He holds an MBA from the Booth School of Business at the University of Chicago and a BS in Economics from the University of Pennsylvania.
