Arnaud Bauer is a Partner in L.E.K. Consulting's Healthcare Practice and leads the firm's Healthcare Services and Healthcare M&A work across Southeast Asia and the Gulf Cooperation Council. He brings over 20 years of strategy consulting experience at the intersection of healthcare, private equity, and government, advising investors, providers, and public sector agencies across Asia-Pacific and the Middle East.

Arnaud's provider-side expertise spans the full care continuum, from primary and digital care to multispecialty inpatient and outpatient settings, long-term care, diagnostics, and pathology. In the GCC, he also advises on Medtech and Life Sciences, supporting both commercial strategy and market entry for clients across the region. He has a strong track record in healthcare investment planning and promotion, working with government agencies in both regions on capacity planning, sector development, and cross-border investment strategy.

Prior to L.E.K., Arnaud was a Principal at IQVIA in Singapore and Managing Director at a strategy consulting boutique in Dubai. He holds a Master of Engineering from École Centrale and a Master of Business from ESSEC Business School, in partnership with Nanyang Technological University.
