Sue St. Sure is head of L.E.K. Consulting's Los Angeles office and a member of L.E.K.'s North America Regional Management Committee. She most recently served as the West Coast Biopharmaceuticals & Life Sciences practice leader. Sue has more than 21 years experience assisting companies globally in corporate and business unit strategy consulting and merger and acquisition advisory support. She has worked across many biopharmaceutical, therapeutic, and technology segments and has assisted clients with issues such as strategic opportunity evaluations, product prioritization, product planning and commercialization, strategic partnering, and mergers and acquisitions. Sue has also worked across a wide range of therapeutic and technology areas.

Sue earned a Master of Business Administration from the Anderson School at the University of California, Los Angeles (UCLA) and completed graduate work in Neuroscience at the University of California, San Diego. She also received her Bachelor of Arts degree from UCLA where she graduated Phi Beta Kappa and summa cum laude.
