Consulting is among the best consulting firms to work for in both the Europe and Asia-Pacific regions for the third consecutive year, according to the 2024 Vault rankings of consulting firms. The rankings are based on a survey of consultants at firms around the world. L.E.K. was recently named by Vault as one of the 2024 top firms to work for in North America.
L.E.K. was rated highly overall by its people across the regions. In Europe, the firm was highly rated in its “quality of life” and “diversity” categories, such as the benefits offered to employees, opportunities for internal mobility and diversity for LGBTQ+ individuals. In Asia-Pacific, L.E.K. ranked highly in the same categories, including the selectivity of the firm, its international opportunities and overall diversity.
