Melbourne, Australia (16, April, 2024) – Global strategy consultancy L.E.K. Consulting announced that Lucy Carter has joined the firm as a Partner in the Energy practice, based in the Melbourne office in Australia.

Lucy brings over 18 years’ experience in the energy sector and has worked across all parts of the power and utilities value chain. She has strong functional expertise in strategy and planning, corporate development and transformation, and brings extensive knowledge of the Australian and international energy sectors.

Prior to joining L.E.K., Lucy was a Partner at EY Port Jackson Partners. She has previously led the Strategy team AGL Energy and worked as a Project Leader at BCG. She holds a Master of Applied Finance, Bachelor of Commerce and Bachelor of Engineering from the University of Melbourne.
