Ken Y. Chen is a Partner in L.E.K.’s Shanghai office. Ken has more than 16 years of consulting experience with clients in the U.S. and Asia. Ken has in-depth industry experience in our Retail, Private Equity, and Building Materials & Industrial Products practices. He has helped clients solve their most critical challenges in areas such as market entry strategy, growth strategy, commercial due diligence, and mergers and acquisitions. Ken regularly speaks at industry panels, publishes articles, and appears on television to discuss the Chinese market. Prior to L.E.K., Ken was a consultant at Booz Allen Hamilton (now Booz & Co) in their New York and Atlanta offices. Ken received a Bachelor of Arts magna cum laude from Williams College and a Master of Business Administration from the Yale School of Management, where he was awarded a Dean’s Scholarship.
