Robert Rourke is a Managing Director and Partner, head of L.E.K. Consulting's Chicago office, and a member of L.E.K.'s North America Regional Management Committee. He advises clients in the basic industries, building products and retail industry sectors.
Robert has more than 23 years of consulting experience and has directed over 300 consulting projects, focused on growth strategy and mergers and acquisitions across a variety of industries. During his time at L.E.K., Robert has worked across a range of industries and most recently served as the North American practice leader of L.E.K.’s Basic Industries sector with particular expertise in building products and materials. He also has extensive retail and consumer products experience. Prior to joining L.E.K., Robert was a manager with Accenture. He received a Bachelor of Arts in Finance from Syracuse University and was awarded a Master of Business Administration with Distinction from the Kellogg Graduate School of Management. Robert is also a frequent lecturer at the Kellogg Graduate School of Management at Northwestern University on mergers and acquisitions.
