Ben Faircloth joined L.E.K. in 2007 and serves as Head of L.E.K.’s European region. He is also a member of L.E.K.’s Global Board and European Regional Management Committee.

Ben focuses on healthcare, including contract pharma services, clinical healthcare services and medical devices. He has more than 20 years of consulting experience across Europe, encompassing a variety of disciplines including strategic planning, market entry strategies, and transaction due diligence on both the sell and buy sides.

Fluent in several languages, Ben has lived and worked in the U.S., UK, France and Germany. Prior to joining L.E.K., Ben worked for The Parthenon Group (now EY Parthenon) in London and San Francisco, and for Ernst & Young (EY) in London and Paris.

Ben has a Modern Languages degree from Oxford University, is a chartered accountant, and earned a Master of Business Administration from London Business School, where he graduated with distinction.
