Consulting’s Global Healthcare practice, has been named among Consulting magazine’s Women Leaders in Consulting in 2018 for excellence in leadership. Coveney, who is based in Boston, advises clients in the biopharmaceutical industry on the development and execution of growth strategies.

During her 25-year career in strategy consulting, Coveney has worked with over 300 biopharmaceutical companies to develop and execute growth strategies. She also developed an approach to product and portfolio commercial opportunity assessment that has facilitated over 70 global royalty monetization deals. Before joining L.E.K., Eileen was an executive in the financial services sector in investment banking. She holds a BA in economics from the College of the Holy Cross and an MBA from Harvard Business School.
