Fernando Fernandes is a Managing Director and Partner in L.E.K. Consulting’s São Paulo office. He has 20+ years of experience in the retail and other consumer- facing sectors and in management consulting. As a leader in the consumer and media industries, he has advised clients on a range of critical strategic issues including growth strategy, new business development, channel strategy, go-to-market approaches, sales force effectiveness, trade promotion, organization, and competitive assessment, among others. Previously, Fernando was a Vice President at Strategy& (formerly Booz & Company), leading more than 100 projects with over 45 different companies across Latin America.

He holds a Bachelor of Mechanical Engineering from Escola Politécnica – Universidade de São Paulo, and an MBA from Coppead – Universidade Federal do Rio de Janeiro.
