Stephanie Newey is the Managing Partner, Head of L.E.K. Consulting Australia and co-leader the Australian Healthcare practice.

She has more than 20 years of experience in strategy and consulting, with deep expertise in the biopharmaceuticals and life sciences, healthcare services, building materials and construction and waste management industries. Stephanie is a sought-after strategic facilitator, key-note presenter, and leader of consulting teams on a wide range of critical issues. Stephanie’s insights into biopharmaceuticals and healthcare are supported by three years of experience working at major global pharmaceutical company Astra Zeneca. 

During her career with L.E.K., Stephanie has supported and advised clients on a wide range of areas, including business strategy, organizational strategy and transformation, performance improvement and transaction services. Stephanie was elected as one of the youngest ever partners of the Firm in 2011.

Stephanie founded L.E.K.’s Global Women’s Network and has provided essential leadership to L.E.K.'s Diversity and Inclusion Strategy. She currently serves on L.E.K.s Global Diversity and Inclusion Committee.

Stephanie graduated from the University of Technology Sydney with a degree in accounting and finance and was awarded a University Medal.
