Tobias Schmitz is a Partner in the Munich office of L.E.K. Consulting. He has more than 13 years of experience supporting clients with merger and acquisition transactions, strategy development, value enhancement and performance improvement, business planning, and pricing. Tobias has developed a number of restructuring and strategic concepts for German and European companies in a broad range of industries including retail, consumer products, surface transport and logistics, industrial products and services, and private equity.  Tobias received a Master of Science in Business Administration from the University of Hamburg and a Master of Law in Mergers and Acquisitions from Westfälische Wilhelms-Universität Münster.
