Pierre Jacquet is a Vice President in the Boston office, member of the North America Regional Management Committee and co-head of the Biopharmaceutical & Life Sciences practice of L.E.K. Consulting. Dr. Jacquet has more than 15 years experience in corporate and business unit strategy consulting, and mergers and acquisitions advisory services. He has worked across many life science industry segments and has assisted clients with issues such as strategic opportunity evaluations, product prioritization, product planning and commercialization, strategic partnering, and mergers and acquisitions.
Prior to joining L.E.K., he worked with Arthur D. Little as a Manager of their pharmaceutical practice. Prior to consulting, Dr. Jacquet performed business development for Genzyme. He was also a Fellow at the Washington Cancer Institute where he authored over 40 articles and book chapters about new chemotherapy regimens for gastrointestinal cancers.
Dr. Jacquet received his Master of Business Administration from Darden Graduate School at the University of Virginia. He was also awarded a Doctorate of Philosophy (Ph.D.), summa cum laude, in Biomedical Sciences and a Doctor of Medicine, magna cum laude, from the University of Liège in Belgium. Prior Board directorships include Osprey Pharmaceuticals, T2C2 and Seaflower Ventures.
