Peter Ward is a Partner in L.E.K.'s London office. Having joined L.E.K. in 2000, his primary focus has been corporate strategy development, complemented by substantial experience in commercial due diligence (both buy side and sell side), commercial bid support and litigation support. His work has included approximately two years seconded to client organizations, focusing on strategic planning and strategy implementation.

Peter has deep sector expertise in regulated industries, principally financial services and transportation, including advice on regulatory submissions. He also has significant experience in retail and consumer goods, healthcare and industrial products. Peter holds the degree of Master of Mathematics (First Class Honors) from Oxford University.
