Peter Walter is a Partner and Southeast Asia Regional Director for L.E.K. Consulting based in our Bangkok office. Peter has more than 17 years experience in management consulting in the United States, Latin America, Europe and Asia and has provided strategic advice to a wide range of clients on strategy development, mergers and acquisitions, operational and organizational issues, and performance improvement. In addition, he works extensively with corporate and investor clients providing strategic/commercial transaction-related advisory support. During his career with the firm, he has worked within several industries, including retail, consumer products, surface transport and logistics, telecommunications, financial services, and manufacturing. Prior to joining L.E.K., Peter worked with A.T. Kearney for nine years in North America and Southeast Asia. He received a Bachelor of Science degree in zoology from Duke University and completed his Master of Business Administration degree summa cum laude from the Kellogg Graduate School of Business at Northwestern University. He is fluent in Spanish and Thai, and conversational in Bahasa Indonesian and Khmer.
