Paul Matthews is a Vice President at L.E.K. Consulting and leads our Operations Practice. He has more than 30 years experience in both developing and executing operations, manufacturing, and supply chain strategies around the world for Fortune 100 companies. Prior to L.E.K., Paul had held several operating roles including Executive Vice President of Limited Brands leading Supply Chain Transformation, President of European Operations for ICG Commerce a procurement services provider, and Head of Manufacturing / Operations for Worthington Pumps a division of Dresser Industries. Paul’s prior experiences also include leading supply chain practices at both Accenture and Cap-Gemini, where he specialized in pre- and post-merger integration, supply chain architecture, operations improvement and operational turn-around. At Bain and Company, Paul led the Bain Advanced Manufacturing Practice in Europe specializing in industrial privatization strategy. He has lived and worked in six different countries and has written over fifty articles on supply chain and operations strategy. In 2007, Paul was identified as one of the top 25 Supply Chain professionals in the United States.
