Mike Trenouth has more than 26 years of experience consulting and running manufacturing and logistics businesses. He focuses on issues of operational strategy, providing operational due diligence support in mergers and acquisitions and providing post acquisition support to L.E.K.'s clients in the form of post-merger integration and 100-day planning. Mike started his career at L.E.K. in 1987 before moving into operational consulting in 1991. Throughout the nineties, he played a leading role in building Celerant into a global consulting firm. In 2001, he moved to run iForce, the UK's leading provider of logistics services to multi-channel retailers, before returning to L.E.K. in 2004. Mike received his Doctorate of Philosophy degree (Ph.D.) in quantum mechanics from Bristol University.
