Massimiliano Rubin is a Partner in L.E.K. Consulting's Milan office where he is responsible for the Biopharmaceuticals & Life Sciences practice. During his career at L.E.K., he has worked in Italy, UK, and Germany. Massimiliano has more than 12 years of experience in strategy consulting and mergers and acquisitions. He has advised public and private sector clients, with a particular focus on biopharmaceuticals & life sciences, private equity and surface transport & logistics. He has addressed issues such as market entry strategy, business plan development, product launch plan, performance improvement and acquisition target evaluation. Prior to joining L.E.K. in 2000, Massimiliano worked for Accenture. He received a Bachelor of Engineering in Industrial Engineering from the University of Udine, where he also performed activity research in macroeconomics.
