Jonathan Sparey has more than 31 years of advisory experience in strategy consulting, M&A and merchant banking. Jonathan has been a partner since 1996 and has extensive experience in leading complex projects in the UK and internationally in a variety of business sectors. He has a particular focus on healthcare, financial, and business services. In addition, he has coordination responsibilities for L.E.K.'s China Practice. Prior to joining L.E.K. in 1995, Jonathan was an executive director of the merchant bank Samuel Montagu, having worked in specialized financing, project financing and corporate advisory roles. He has an MBA from City University Business School, London and a MA in modern and medieval history from the University of St. Andrews. He is also the Chairman of Churchill China plc.
