Frédéric Dessertine joined L.E.K. Consulting in 2005 and is a Partner in the Paris office. He brings 17 years of experience in management consulting and leads client case team projects focused on strategy and operational transformation. He has extensive experience working in the Telecommunications, Healthcare Services and Building & Construction sectors in Europe and Asia. Before joining L.E.K., Frédéric worked for a corporate venture fund in the U.S., and prior to that, spent 10 years working in Paris and Sydney for a global management consulting firm. Frédéric has a degree in Business Administration from HEC (Hautes Etudes Commerciales) in Paris.
