Eileen Coveney is a Vice President in L.E.K. Consulting’s Boston office. She joined L.E.K. in 1993 and co-heads the firm’s Biopharmaceuticals & Life Sciences practice. Eileen has more than 19 years of experience working with leading biopharmaceutical companies to develop and execute growth strategies and to identify and evaluate value creating transactions. She has experience across a number of therapeutic areas including oncology, autoimmune diseases, and infectious disease. She also brings significant vaccine experience including influenza, rotavirus, and other vaccines. Her clients include biotech, pharmaceutical, and specialty pharmaceutical companies. She earned her Master of Business Administration at Harvard Business School and her Bachelor of Arts in Economics from College of the Holy Cross. Prior to attending business school, Eileen served as a vice president in the Capital Markets Group at Bank of America.
