Clare Chatfield is a Senior Partner at L.E.K. Consulting and head of L.E.K.’s Paris office. She leads L.E.K.’s Energy & Environment practice and has more than 22 years of experience working for a broad range of international corporate clients with a focus on the global energy sector. Clare has in-depth expertise across the entire energy value chain, including renewables, environmental and CO₂ markets.  She joined L.E.K London in 1990 and has led the Paris office since 1995. Prior to this, Clare worked for seven years in the insurance industry, where she was a partner in a Lloyd's broking firm specializing in French industrial risk. She received her undergraduate degree at Cambridge University and her Master of Business Administration at INSEAD.
