Alberto Fumo is a Partner in L.E.K. Consulting’s Milan office. He specializes in supporting international and Italian Private Equity funds on acquisitions and divestments, asset restructuring and performance improvement in the Italian market. He has lived and worked in London, where he gained significant experience in corporate merger and acquisition deals and private equity transactions. During his career, Alberto has worked in the UK, France, Netherlands, Switzerland and Italy.

Prior to joining L.E.K. in 2004, Alberto worked at Bain & Company and at A.T. Kearney, in London and Milan, where he advised businesses in the consumer/luxury goods and media/entertainment sectors on strategy, mergers and acquisitions, and performance improvement. Alberto received a business and economics degree from the Bocconi University of Milan and a Master of Business Administration from the London Business School.
