Eileen Coveney is a Senior Partner in L.E.K. Consulting’s Biopharmaceuticals & Life Sciences Practice. Eileen has over 22 years of experience providing strategic advice to the leading pharmaceutical and biotechnology companies to develop and execute growth strategies. Key areas of Ms. Coveney’s expertise include corporate strategy, franchise strategy, product opportunity assessment, and business development strategy. In addition, Ms. Coveney leads the firm's royalty monetization support efforts and has completed over 35 royalty evaluations that have resulted in value-creating transactions for both royalty holders and investors.

Ms. Coveney’s therapeutic area experience is comprehensive with particular expertise in orphan drugs, oncology, gastrointestinal conditions, autoimmune diseases, women’s health, men’s health, infectious disease and vaccines. Until recently Ms. Coveney was focused on the U.S. biopharmaceuticals space and has recently transitioned her focus to European pharma. Ms. Coveney has held several leadership positions within the firm, most recently co-leading L.E.K.’s U.S. Biopharmaceuticals & Life Sciences Practice.

Ms. Coveney earned her Master of Business Administration at Harvard Business School and her Bachelor of Arts in Economics from College of the Holy Cross. Prior to attending business school, Eileen served as a vice president in the Capital Markets Group at Bank of America.
