Aaron Smith is a Managing Director and Partner in L.E.K. Consulting’s San Francisco office. Aaron serves as the head of the firm’s global Technology, Media, and Telecom (TMT) sector and is a member of the firm’s Regional Management Committee. He has spent the past 20 years working with clients to develop high-impact growth strategies and supporting their M&A initiatives.
Aaron has extensive experience serving clients across a broad range of Enterprise Software categories, including EdTech, Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP), GovTech, Healthcare IT, Human Capital Management (HCM), Industrial Tech (energy, manufacturing, utilities), LegalTech, Real Estate Tech, Supply Chain Tech, and Transportation Tech.
Prior to joining L.E.K., he worked as a software engineer.
Aaron received an MBA from the Tuck School of Business at Dartmouth College. He also holds an MS in Applied Mathematics/Operations Research and a BS in Mathematics.
