While we believe the most important training is gained on the job, we also provide structured formal and informal training as well as supportive coaching. Each Associate develops a comprehensive foundation in business decision-making across a diverse set of industries, and gains experience delivering a range of services from strategy to financial analyses.
Each region offers an orientation that introduces associates to the firm’s goals and mission and most important analytical techniques.
Comprehensive, on-going Professional Development at L.E.K. ensures that each associate is exposed to an appropriate mix of formal training and on-the-job experience to fully develop their capabilities.
Our Professional Development curriculum addresses a wide range of topics including:
- Overviews of key cases
- Fundamental analytical techniques
- Project management approaches
Every Associate is assigned a Senior Consultant or Manager as a personal Career Development Coach. Career Development Coaches set performance goals and provide career support and guidance.
