L.E.K. Consulting provides individuals with an advanced degree the opportunity to build on their academic foundation and follow a fast track to the role of Consultant. Candidates with PhDs or MDs are hired with the expectations that they will be promoted to the Consultant level within 12 to 36 months, depending on performance.
